One fine summer day, the future manager of La Brûlerie Des Olonnes was given a French press, which instinctively led him to a roastery where he perceived strong signals, without knowing that one day he too would become a roaster. As the years passed, the passion for coffee and the desire to learn roasting became increasingly strong. In 2019, he decided to turn his back on the industrial world to join the world of craftsmanship by creating La Brûlerie Des Olonnes from scratch. After several months of preparation, it opened its doors in March 2021 in Les Sables d'Olonne with the aim of sharing and introducing quality coffees exclusively from organic farming.Read their story
