Story** Founded in 2017 by Marta and Andy, **Edinburgh Honey Co.** began as a small passion project with just 24 hives and a love for bees and pure, natural honey. Fast forward to today, and our buzzing business has grown to over 400 hives, a welcoming shop in Edinburgh, and a dedicated team committed to bringing you the finest honey straight from the hive. Andy, a **third-generation beekeeper**, tends to our hardworking **bee sisters** right here in Scotland, producing rich **heather honey** and creamy **rapeseed honey**, the golden duo behind our beloved **Hot Toddy Honey**. Meanwhile, Andy’s grandfather in Poland keeps the family tradition alive, supplying us with the deep, malty notes of **Buckwheat Honey** and the fragrant sweetness of **Linden Honey**. But we don’t stop at pure honey! We take things **one step beyond the comb**, carefully selecting the finest natural ingredients to create **infused honey blends** that complement the rich, floral notes of our raw honey.
