Elena and Antonio are a couple of engineers who decided to change their lives by betting on the quality that leisure time and the tranquility of life in the countryside offer them. With this idea in mind, they embarked on a business project in which they produce oil from the olives of their olive trees, being able to oversee the production process at all times, from the olive tree to the packaging. Both have their roots in the Sierra Sur of Jaén, where there is a sea of olive trees, being closely connected to the land since their childhood.
