I fell in love with jewelry at a young age, inspired by my grandmother—an icon of personal style who believed accessories told a story. From her statement necklaces to her scarves and hats, she showed me that jewelry is more than adornment—it’s expression. I grew up watching my mother design and run her own jewelry business, and after graduating from Auburn University, I joined her to build what would become the foundation of my own brand. As the collection evolved into something more refined—blending vintage inspiration with natural elements and modern design—so did the name. Shiver + Duke honors both my grandmother, Edith Duke Shiver, and my two children, who inspire me daily. Today, Shiver + Duke is a modern heirloom jewelry brand, creating vintage-inspired charms, and layered pieces designed to be personalized, collected, and worn every day.
