We are two female entrepreneurs tired of not having a better brain beverage for our busy lives. After going through our own mental health struggles, and understanding the incredible power of nutrition to support holistic mental health being a doctor and scientist ourselves, we set on a path to help create more credible, convenient, everyday brain health solutions. Our passion brought to fruition brainfood, the sparkling water for brain health. Design to support focus, stress resilience, and a balanced brain for our modern, high-stress lifestyles, each can is not only infused with science-backed nutrients, but also made with simple ingredients, no added sugar, and a splash of real juice. With a mission to promote brain & mental wellness, we include a 'brain bite' tip as well as a QR code linking to more mind-body education to help make mental & brain health more fun to learn and talk about. Our goal at brainfood is to help give you back your power and make mental and brain wellness more of an everyday conversation - with science-backed ingredients, accessible education... and a bit of fun. Dr. Juhi Gupta obtained her undergraduate and M.D. from University of Chicago, and currently is a psychiatrist in training at University of Illinois Chicago. Megan Burton has a background in biomedical engineering, genetics, and product design, and recently obtained her MBA from The Wharton School.Read their story
