2025 Scovie Award winners for Salsa Roja and Tesuque hot sauce AND 2025 International Flave Award winners for Aji Peach hot sauce! We created Springs Fireplace sauces to bring unique flavors to the hot sauce and salsa category. By growing rare pepper varieties from New Mexico, Old Mexico, Syria, and Peru, our goal is to deliver distinctive and new flavors to the American table. Our farm and farm network are based in New York and New Jersey and we produce all of our sauces less than 20 miles from our home fields. The result is something new in a crowded market – medium-heat, flavor flavor forward products that compliment your food and tell a story.
