About Noteology

Hi there! I'm Danielle, the Founder and Perfumer for Noteology. I started studying the psychology of scent in graduate school and was completely amazed by the power of aromas on our moods and behaviors. I started making scented soaps in my kitchen to help my clients with scent therapy and this is where my love affair with everything scented began. Self-taught and formally trained, I create scented products with the philosophy that when you smell good, you feel amazing! I own the company with my husband Mark who I met in grad school when this all started. All of our products are handmade by our team using the best fragrances with natural oils, butters, and botanicals.
