Dan Mather started blowing glass in his garage in 1989 with an idea to create unique blown glass snow-globes using 23k gold flakes. With the help of his wife Rollie, by 1994 Goldenflow Studios had grown into a national brand, selling through more than 5,000 retailers worldwide. To this day, each Goldenflow creation is still blown by hand, one at a time, by Dan, in their new glass shop in Galena Illinois.
