Eden Holistic began in a time when people’s Mental Wellbeing was being Challenged. Faced with a worldwide pandemic, people lost their jobs, had to self isolate and could not hug loved ones. Eden Holistics like so many changed their outlook on life and appreciated family time and the wellbeing of others. This change was established by concentrating on personal self care and forming a balance between work and home life.
