SelvaGiurata is a young and small family-run farm immersed in nature and away from bustling urban spaces. With the help of our 3 years old boy, we produce 100% ITALIAN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, HANDMADE PURE OLIVE OIL SOAP, ARTISANAL DURUM WHEAT PASTA. About the oil: We exclusively mill our olive oil from Italian and local varieties of olives that we harvest at the beginning of their maturation process. We mill our olives within eight hours of harvesting them so that their flavours and fragrances are intensified. The result is a non-filtered, extra virgin olive oil that features rich, fruity flavours and aromas. About the pasta: Our wheat is grown exclusively on our lands. We grow a single traditional, rustic variety of wheat, meaning greater sustainability for us as producers, but also for our clients, who will enjoy healthy, flavoursome pasta with high nutritional value. All our pasta is glyphosate free. We seek to offer the highest quality products, to respect and protect the environment. Read their story
