Zenit is a radical wellness company with the mission to make wellness accessible to everyone. Zenit was founded by me, Alina Liao, in June 2019. My vision is a world where everyone has equal opportunity to be healthy and fulfill their purpose. I came up with the idea of Zenit during my own mental health journey. For years, I knew that journaling would be "good for me," but with a blank page, I could never start. While working with a therapist, I figured out a few prompts that spoke to what I was working on. I began writing my prompts in a blank journal everyday, and journaling went from impossible to easy. Eventually, I thought, it would be nice if my journal already had my prompts in them! That was my aha moment. I spoke to many others who shared similar struggles in journaling. So I launched Zenit to give people a way to customize their journals to empower them to build wellness habits that lead to real change. What inspires me is customer feedback on the impact of their Zenit journals. Customers are now journaling regularly and gaining the health and wellness benefits from it - such as improved clarity and healthy habits. My Predesigned Wellness Journals and Lil Notebooks are designed from popular prompts and needs from customers, to give people predesigned options to choose from.
