About Donut Eat Bakery

I’m Carrie-Anne Dallas, a vegan pastry chef and artist in the highlands of Scotland! I started my journey in Vancouver, Canada where I studied pastry arts. A few years later I embarked on a long dream of visiting Scotland. I met my future husband and never went back. I started my own wee cake business when I had my first child. From there went from strengths to strengths with my home bakery. A few years on, mother of 2, I became stuck. I went through an awakening of the soul and the deepest depression. (Turns out it was undiagnosed ADHD) I turned to polymer clay as an escape, which then turned in to resin art, and thus Donut Eat Bakery was born. Handcrafted Resin topped Cupcake Candles, and polymer clay jewellery made to look as if it were straight from a patisserie! I now have followed my dreams opening a bakery, but mobile Horsebox conversion style! And creating more and more fun, delicious, one of a kind (because I have never seen anything like them) candles!
