I ordered 2 hats, but the box sadly arrived in horrible condition. Somehow the items were okay. But what I didn't realize was the designs were applied with what looks like heat transfer vinyl? Some of the details were raised/not adhered completely to the hat. Luckily I gave one away, and kept the other for myself, but I wish I would've known that before ordering what I thought was painted or stitched designs :(
