As a woman, a mother, and an entrepreneur with over 15 years in the hospitality industry, I knew I needed to create a life that made room for both passion and presence. I didn’t want to choose between doing what I love and being with the people I love. So I built something that allowed me to do both. This business isn’t backed by investors or shaped by a long line of industry mentors. I’m self-made and self-taught, learning through every mistake, win, and unexpected turn. Every slice that leaves my workspace carries a piece of that journey—of late nights, creative bursts, quality checks, and the kind of care that only comes when you truly love what you do. Family is at the heart of The Happy Peel. It’s why I started. It’s who I do it for. And it’s the reason I pour so much detail, attention, and intention into every single order.
