At Turadh Design Co., I create a unique range of Scottish art prints, greeting cards, and gift products, inspired by Scotland’s landscapes, landmarks, and cultural icons. The name Turadh (pronounced too-rag) is a Gaelic word that means "a break in the clouds between showers" – a fleeting moment of sunshine. It perfectly captures the essence of Scottish weather and the feeling I aim to evoke in my artwork. My illustration style blends hand-drawn sketches with digital techniques, giving each piece a personal and nostalgic touch. I studied at the Glasgow School of Art and spent several years as an interior designer. That background in technical drawing still influences my artistic approach today. I specialise in art that celebrates the places people love most – from iconic Scottish landmarks and music venues to wedding venues and beloved tourist destinations.
