About Zawi Spices

Zawi was created to bring honest Levantine flavors into everyday kitchens. Growing up in a Palestinian household, these spice blends were always part of daily life. Mixed by hand, used instinctively, and central to how food was cooked and shared. When I couldn’t find that same representation of Levantine cuisine in the marketplace, I decided to make it myself. Zawi is built on the exact blends I grew up with, inspired directly by my mother’s cooking and our family’s traditions. Every Zawi blend is designed to make Levantine cooking simple, approachable, and flavorful. All blends are salt-free, with no fillers or preservatives, and made using spices imported from the Levant. They’re meant to remove guesswork. No measuring multiple spices, no complicated ratios. Just add a spoon or two and let the blend do the work.
