Hello or hello I am Stephanie Bernholt, owner and head of Sweetener, born in 1972, married, mother of 2 sons, grew up in the Spessart, ended up in the North for love. The bow ties came into my repertoire as a second product line when my husband — a wedding photographer — wanted a bow tie made of vintage leather. That was the basic idea behind the now existing sets made from sustainable, vegetable-tanned leather made in Germany. From the outset, my focus has been on durability, high-quality natural materials and sustainability. I am pleased that my products are so well received by retailers and buyers. All my products are produced fairly and socially in my studio in Lower Saxony near the beautiful Dümmer See. Made in Lower Saxony!
