Currently, under the direction of Mr. Justino Damián Corchero Montero, the implementation of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality standards has been carried out, confirming the organization's good practices and commitment to its environment, customers, and suppliers. In its constant commitment to environmental care, in September 2007, Jacoliva inaugurated an innovative water purification plant for the water from the cleaning of olives and the olive mill's wastewater. Thanks to this new purification system, the water used in the olive oil production process can be returned to the public watercourse or used for irrigation.Read their story
