It has been a dream of the fitness guru and mental health advocate Alexandra Yaeger and her long time boyfriend Tyler Gross, to create their own fitness and loungewear brand ever since they started their journeys back in 2015, and in 2019 they set out to create a space in the industry where they could share that with the world. That includes mental health, mentality, and body inclusivity. Creating a brand that is real, raw, honest, and open about all the challenges, highs, lows, and everything in-between that everyone deals with every single day but very few share publicly. Taking each day as its own, putting one step in front of the other, and rocking one outfit at a time. Tality is a direct reflection of the power couple and their understanding that everything happens on a mental level before it manifests itself on the physical.
