About Casa Atlântica

Casa Atlântica is an icy swim in the ocean in summer and a walk in the forest in autumn. It's tradition, emotion and respect for the environment; it's sustainability, craftsmanship and design. Since 2014 we have been working to highlight trades that are gradually being lost: our objects are born in villages in Galicia and Portugal from the hands of artisans who, with materials such as ceramics, wicker or wood, give life to our designs in the best way we can think of: without haste. Casa Atlântica are small collections of unique and imperfect products in which the imprint of the artisans who created them is evident. Objects that tell small stories that refer to the present while immortalizing the past. Our philosophy is based on offering contemporary products while encouraging local crafts, also giving priority to rural production through small family workshops located in small villages and towns in Galicia and Portugal.Read their story
