About Almond Blossom Roasted Nuts

Almond Blossom Roasted Nuts began in 2011 with a German nut roaster resting on milk crates in the middle of a home kitchen where unique recipes were developed. The love of cooking and especially eating boldly flavored, simple food was the inspiration for the roasted nut characteristics. With regional flavors ranging from Latin spicy to Asian sweet and sour and American savory to European sweet, there is a roast for everyone! The Almond Blossom brand is owned by Watkins Farm Foods which is a true "mom & pop" operation! After years of successfully selling at local farmer's markets we acquired Almond Blossom Roasted Nuts in 2019. Almond Blossom fit perfectly into our small, family owned, small-batch, handmade business model and allowed us to diversify our product line. Small batch nut roasting is what sets us apart from “the big guys”. The richness of flavor says it all. Now in our 14th year of business, we've grown from a tiny commercial kitchen to a nut roastery, and retail store located in Cashmere, Washington along with a thriving online and wholesale business. We are grateful for our continued success and happy for the opportunity to serve our customer base. We get MANY compliments about the quality of our products.
