Founded in 2011, we are the first Italian specialty coffee roaster, and remain a major player in the scene. Our proposition is unique: to roast some of the world's best coffee using modern technologies and techniques, while retaining Italian tradition. People say that Italian coffee can never be considered specialty. We disagree. Combining the most advanced roasting techniques with the tradition and ritual that first emerged in coffee bars of Italy at the turn of the nineteenth century, our coffee is distinct and delicious. We roast light! And unapologetically so: we believe that the best roasting practices preserve the unique flavours, aromas and textures of a coffee.
