Our names are Anthony & Jaclyn, owners of Carlos Homemade of NY. Let me tell you a bit about ourselves—Carlo’s Homemade of NY! We started with our family-owned pizzeria, Carlo’s Pizzeria in Middle Village, New York (74-02 Metropolitan Ave), which has been in business since 1966. Our tomato sauce recipe has remained the same since our grandfather opened the pizzeria, and it’s become a local favorite. The sauce is made, labeled, and packed right at our restaurant, giving it that true homemade flavor that sets it apart from typical jarred sauces. It’s true homemade sauce, just in a jar! We have also introduced our homemade bronze cut slow dried pasta that includes some infused flavors
