Confident Coffee Roasters is a woman-owned, purpose-driven, specialty coffee company. Our mission is to elevate women throughout our value-chain. We are extremely picky about where our green coffees come from because we know that you can roast a good bean bad, but you can't roast a bad been good. Working in a hybrid model, a portion of our coffees come from direct trade relationships with the farmers themselves and the others are sourced from the most respected importing companies in Specialty Coffee. This guarantees the farmers are being paid above Fair Trade prices for their work, and you are receiving only the highest quality coffee in the market. Each coffee we sell has unique characteristics that are inherited from the soil it is grown in. When we roast coffee, we roast with a style that highlights those characteristics in every batch. We are proud to roast all of our coffees on Diedrich machines. Diedrich is manufactured in the USA and they are committed to creating environmentally friendly systems to reduce energy and emissions.
