About Ethos

We started Ethos because we were tired of drinking candy Every electrolyte we tried was either loaded with natural flavors, fake sugars, stevia, or monk fruit. They all tasted like dessert... overly sweet, artificial, masking what was actually inside. We didn't want that. We wanted something functional. Something intentionally focused on what our bodies actually need for recovery, not what tastes good on a shelf. So we started mixing our own in our San Diego apartment. Baja sea salt for its naturally high trace minerals. Organic fruit powders for subtle, real flavor. Potassium, magnesium, and nothing else. No sweeteners hiding low-quality ingredients.
