Artful Pixels is a design studio based in the San Francisco Bay Area, offering fun + friendly illustrated cards and gifts that inspire human connection. All products are hand-illustrated and designed by owner Ashley Hodgen. Having a formal background in graphic design, Ashley loves to find ways to combine her artwork with information design. This is showcased in her popular Logbook series that feature colorful covers and functional inner page forms, and her greeting cards that include fun infographic diagrams. Relatable themes (like cats, movies, and books) help inspire human connection through thoughtful, unique gifts that celebrate shared interests. As a solo designer and artist, Ashley brings her own values into Artful Pixels: with the hand-drawn creation of her original work (no generative AI), the use of high quality materials, and the intention that her products be made locally in the USA.
