About Bacho Brewery

It was in Pont-du-Loup, on the family farm, that Robin Polimeni created his craft brewery in 2018. Passionate about creating craft beers, he is constantly inspired by his environment to create unique recipes that respect the art of brewing. It is also aware of this complexity that he decided to train at the Institut Français de la Brasserie et de la Malterie in order to master the most elaborate techniques and to be assured of the quality of his production. Robin was fortunate to grow up in contact with nature and spent all his summers on the banks of the Loup, the coveted Mediterranean coastal river that crosses the farm. He became a lover of animals and contact with the land. The name “Bacho” is inspired by native American cultures that represent values dear to the brewery. Meaning “wolf” in the Apache language, it became the identity of beer. La Meute has thus grown, joined by real local children who are just as passionate and invested who are the soul of Bacho. A Pack that has always been unconditional support and without whom nothing would exist today.Read their story
