The origins of Andunatura are linked to the tradition of gathering wild plants, both aromatic and medicinal, which have been used since time immemorial as natural remedies and ingredients in traditional cooking. Remedies that have been maintained for centuries, relying on the vast benefits these plants have provided. This tradition has reached our days supported by the wealth of varieties that populate the Natural Parks of the province of Jaén, where Andunatura is born and where our line of WILD plants is collected, including rosemary, thyme, sage, horsetail, fennel, and mint. Currently, and at the request of our customers, Andunatura has expanded its commercial offer with non-native plants through ecological suppliers of the highest quality. However, wild collection and its artisanal nature remain one of our fundamental pillars, allowing us to continue accumulating botanical knowledge and developing new products. Wild collection is a professional task carried out in close collaboration and under the strict control of the Administrations, which also contributes to the sustainability of the botanical biodiversity of the Natural Parks where the plants are collected.Read their story
