I am yogijeana, AKA the crystal fairy, and I have been in the health and healing industry for over 30 years... teaching yoga for 20. Crystals were introduced to me at the very start of my yoga journey, and I knew nothing about their powers or how they could help heal the mind and body. I started carrying one to help me with the stress and anxiety of going through a divorce. I fell in love with the ability it had to ground my excessive energy, help in moments of stress, the incredible way of shifting out of anxiety, and the beautiful way it shined and sparkled! I was fascinated with all the different kinds of crystals and how they heal the spiritual, mental, and physical body. I have been wearing or carrying one since! Meditation is the art of silencing the mind which creates inner peace, mental focus, clarity, and relaxation. I started using crystals during meditation and was amazed with the accelerated, shifts, changes, and peace of mind that came wIth combining the two. I implemented the practice with my yoga students and that is the birth of GROKROCKS. I chose the name grokrocks bc GROK means to understand intuitively; to be one with; to understand so thoroughly that the observer becomes part of the observed!! And meditating with a crystal (rock) allows you to do just that! Enjoy the journey and GROK IT!
