About Mountain Valley Botanics

Mountain Valley Botanics was created out of our passion for growing and distilling high quality aromatic herbs. All of our hydrosols start out as seed or seedling on our small Organic farm in Northeast Washington. Throughout the Spring and Summer, we lovingly grow these herbs and flowers and when they have reached their aromatic peak, we distill them in our large copper stills utilizing only pure mountain spring water. Following the gentle process that traditional distillers have been using for generations, we capture the essence of these beautiful plants so that we can share them with you. These hydrosols, also known as hydrolats, flower essences, and floral waters, are an ideal component of any clean beauty routine but they can provide so much more. Many consumers have come to love the many benefits of essential oils, our hydrosols have all these same benefits but in a less concentrated and more environmentally friendly form. They are easily spritzed anywhere or can be diffused in any fine mist diffuser. Read their story
