Mogavero s.r.l. is a family-run company formed by the Mogavero Brothers. These are personally engaged in the production and marketing of exclusively Sicilian flour, semolina and wheat pasta. To this end, the Mogavero brothers, strengthened by the ancient family know-how of the sector, aim to reproduce in a modern key the ancient Sicilian traditions of wheat processing, offering not only high quality products rooted in the past of our land, but also training events for pizza makers and bakers. The company was founded in September 2017, the first period of experimentation in the organization of training events. From the success of these experiments, around 600 pizza makers/bakers were trained in 2018. The ultimate goal of society is to inform flour handlers about the optimal use of raw materials and to raise awareness of the substances that today pollute our tables and that cause many ailments to end consumers. The Mogavero brothers are constantly looking for wheat growers in the area, who, if suitable for the establishment of a commercial relationship, have the contractual obligation not to have to infest the wheat with any type of herbicide or pesticide. The peculiarity of this process lies in the seeds, which are supplied directly by the company, further closing the supply chain.
