Walker & Wade is a female-founded and responsibly produced resort wear collection. As a small business, we focus on a cut-to-order process and prioritize the use of soft, comfortable natural fabrics. Our unique fabric, derived from bamboo, is both lightweight and durable. Not only are our pieces made to last a lifetime, but they are made to be enjoyed through every stage of life. Additionally, we strive to repurpose fabric scraps in order to eliminate waste. We create collections that are multi-generational, worn by girls and women ages 2 to 92+. Our designs cater to all shapes and sizes, offering pieces that are easy to dress up or down, with many items that can be worn in two unique ways. We love creating versatility for our customers, while still making them look effortless and beautiful. All of our collections reflect our passions for color, design, pattern, and travel, incorporating traditional Balinese techniques such as ikats, batiks, and tie dyes. Our trademark is the custom beadwork done by women artisans, working at home and empowered to provide a better life for their children.Read their story
