HISTORY IN THE MAKING Armen Garo Gunjian’s American Dream started its journey at a hardware store with his first job in sales. He was always the student and eager to learn everything about everything. He made it his pri-ority to study the products he was selling in order to place the right ones into the hands of the right customers. In time, with the tools of knowledge and salesmanship he had gathered, he set out on his own. He sold hardware tools door-to-door. Armen listened to his customers and always strived to fully satisfy his customers’ specific needs. And the doors of opportunity opened. After many years of experience in this school of hard knocks, there was one particular item in his arsenal that was just not quite right and up to his standards. Armen got the idea to revolutionize the item by setting forth to making brushes himself. In 1976, Brushtech Inc. was founded. Armen designed a new twist on the much sought after Battery Brush. Next came a BBQ brush patent, followed by 400+ additional “Unique and Unusual Hard-to-Find Specialty Brushtech Brushes” that are “Easy-to-Love”. All of Brushtech’s Brushes are made to this day with pride and excellence in the United States of America at our factory in Plattsburgh, NY. Our humble forty plus year manufacturing company serves the world over and beyond… One of our latest innovative and unique-ly designed brushes was even launched up to Space to the Interna-tional Space Station and helps NASA astronauts clean parts.Read their story
