About Cardinky

Contemporary characterful homeware & gifts hand printed in Manchester. Hi I'm Dannyboy, together with my trusty sidekick Bob the miniature Dachshund, we are the team behind Cardinky. Having worked in the design/ illustration sector for many years, I realised I wasn't particularly suited to a 'desk' job and was keen to seek out something more tactile. That's when I decided to combine my design experience with a passion for printmaking! Influenced by a love of mid century modern design and traditional 'hands-on' analogue processes, we aim to bring a bit of a character to your walls. We are massive print, paper & colour geeks! Passionate about producing all of our designs ourselves by hand in a dedicated printmaking studio in Salford, using specialist archival printmaking papers & hand mixed lightfast inks. Our pieces are designed to last, they'll hopefully be raising smiles & setting tails wagging in your home for years to come.Read their story
