That idea came to life when third-generation butcher Ryan Hansen took his family’s craft and turned it into something bigger. For decades, the Hansen family has been known for their quality meats at their small-town butcher shop in Jerseyville, Illinois. But Ryan wanted to bring that same level of care and craftsmanship to people everywhere. He set out to create a protein snack that wasn’t just convenient—but something parents would feel good about sharing with their kids.
