My name is Esmeralda Fyhr. I live in NYC. I have always had a deep love for all things crispy, crunchy, and delicious. Lately my focus is cultivating better eating habits and eliminating processed foods from my diet. This always works really well until the stress or boredom of midday sets in, and there are awful snacks all around me. After years of trial and error, I've realized the most effective way to pacify my inner cookie monster is to always have healthier, more delicious options on hand.
