About Schokamoli

Hi, my name is Martin Molidor. I am a Bundesliga volleyball player and the founder and product developer of Schokamoli. A few years ago, my sugar consumption was so high that my body developed a small intestine disease, and I subsequently lost a lot of weight (down to 63kg at 1.95m tall). Nevertheless, I just couldn't manage to break free from my sugar addiction (mainly it was Nutella). Therefore, I started developing healthy recipes for all kinds of sweets using alternative sweeteners like dates, erythritol, or sucralose, so I wouldn't have to give up sweets but also wouldn't harm my body anymore. With my products, I also want to help other people reduce their sugar consumption. I always try to achieve the best possible taste because, from my own experience, I can say that people only switch to healthier alternatives in the long term if they taste just as good as the original. Since my best friend Gregor saw potential in the recipe for my protein bar, the Schokamoli UP-BAR, he was able to persuade me to make an appointment with him at the business chamber's startup consultancy and bring the bar to market. After some setbacks and hurdles, this has finally been achieved, and sales have started.Read their story
