About Hawburns Studio

I have been interested in design as long as I can remember. As a child and adolescent, I could often be found drawing. Somewhere along the way, life got in the way and I stopped being as creative. But in the last couple years, I have began art and design once again. I realized I am at my happiest and most calm when I can be creative. I opened a Faire shop because I want to share my art with a wider audience. The art and designs I make and by extension the products I make, are inspired by the things important to me and the things that I enjoy - the occult & esoteric, mental health/illness, fat (body) positivity, gender expression, being queer, plants, and affirmations. I combined my last name with my life partner's last name to come up with the name "Hawburns Studio." As an Eco-friendly brand - I reduce, reuse, and recycle in any way I can. I reduce waste by using every piece of material possible during the production process. I recycle or repurpose any materials I can't use. I also reduce waste by shipping in recyclable materials. I ship using reused envelopes, cardboard boxes, kraft paper, and kraft paper envelopes. I do not individually wrap my stickers which cuts down significantly on plastic/paper waste. I reuse and recycle packaging materials such as bubble wrap, boxes, bags, etc. I appreciate you taking the time to take a look at my shop. Please let me know if you have any questions or requests.
