Hi! We’re Joel and Katy, the owners of Joy Lane Farm! We’re second-generation soap-makers with an absolute passion for what we do. Here’s what you can expect when you work with us: 1) Exceptional Products Our products are designed with attention to every detail, beginning with the ingredients. We use natural ingredients like goat milk, olive oil, shea butter, and essential oils, that feel wonderful when you use them and are just as good for you. We do not use parabens, sulphates, fillers, or artificial colors. 2) Excellent Customer Service Products will be in stock, your orders will arrive in a timely fashion (we usually ship in less than 5 days), and new products are regularly released. If there is ever an issue with an order, we are quick to make sure you’re happy with the outcome. Having come out of orphanage work in Ukraine the year before we took on Joy Lane Farm, we committed that as we grew, Joy Lane Farm would benefit the international poor.
