Conservas Sotavento is a family business born in the Galician town of Porto do Son, with a great seafaring and canning tradition. After several years of experience, Provisión de Productos Pesqueros S.L, which was already collaborating as a supplier of raw materials, collected the witness, preserving the recipes, the artisanal spirit and the love for things well done.
