About ILLUGIN

ILLUGIN is a Belgian gin produced and bottled in Lievegem (Ghent) in small batches of 50 litres. Illugin contains a lot of botanicals but the most important botanical of Illugin is the butterfly pea flower. A very special flower that reacts to sour fluids such as a slice of lime but even better it also reacts to tonic. Mixing it results in a colour changing spectacle in your glass.
