Conservas Zallo is a family business specializing in artisanal gourmet preserves and semi-preserves that has been bringing the best of the sea to the table since 1926. Our specialties are Bonito del Norte and Anchovy from the Cantabrian Sea, always caught in season and caught with hook in a sustainable way and certified “Dolphin Safe”, to ensure that our seas continue to feed us for many more centuries. We use the same conservation techniques as our ancestors to maintain the quality and flavor of a product whose texture remains tender like the first day. Our factory is located in Bermeo, Viscay (Spain), one of the most important fishing ports in the world and with a history and tradition that its inhabitants still maintain.
