American Potluck was born in 2021 out of a simple, deeply personal belief: that the American table is one of the most beautifully diverse places on earth. Growing up in a Korean family restaurant, I learned early that food is how cultures introduce themselves — and that a dumpling and a meatball have more in common than you'd think.
