Prana by Lana was born when Lana was traveling abroad & studying plant medicine with the indigenous peoples of the Amazon rainforest. Through researching and observing how the indigenous communities would heal themselves internally and externally through the gifts of nature, it inspired her to start this line and share these pure ingredients with the world. When she came back to America she noticed there was a lack of such natural products in the western world & felt the need to become the bridge from the indigenous world to the west. By building relationships with local villages and farms throughout the world we are sharing mother nature’s gifts with you and providing the purest all natural skin + hair care, candles, and teas available. We work closely with villagers that still use ancient practices like cold pressing their oils using traditional methods and we refrain from using harmful synthetics common in skincare products that are toxic to our bodies. Our commitment to mother earth is to always use eco-friendly materials, to recycle, and be mindful of our effect on the planet. To not just take from the land, but to also give back to it. We thrive on spreading peace, love and harmony through our products. Our goal is to educate society on the benefits of real plant based products versus synthetic, processed preservatives and chemicals and their harmful side effects and the negative effects these products have on the planet.
