Denisa Piatti is a Washington, DC-based jewelry artist and designer who founded her eponymous brand in 2015. Her collections have ranged from bold contemporary art jewelry to refined pieces, but her purpose has always remained the same: to challenge what "precious" really means. Her signature pieces uniquely combine a common material, acrylic, with precious metals like sterling silver or 14 kt gold. The collections are inspired by organic shapes and forms, and reflect modern takes on classic pieces such as hoop earrings and stacking rings. Every piece is handcrafted by Denisa Piatti from her studio, using traditional crafting techniques learned from 8 years of formal training in Europe.
