About Orchid + Ash

Hey, I’m Kristina — founder of Orchid + Ash, former finance girl turned baker turned wellness-obsessed ritualist. I graduated from NYU with an econ degree and dove into corporate finance, only to realize spreadsheets weren’t my soul’s calling. In 2013, I opened a bakery — a beautiful, chaotic, sugar-dusted chapter that taught me everything about building something from scratch. By 2018, my autoimmune symptoms were screaming, and so was my intuition. I sold the bakery, burned out and craving something slower, smarter, more intentional. The years that followed were messy — healing, searching, becoming a mom. Orchid + Ash was born from that season. What began as my personal ritual became a brand rooted in the belief that what we put on our skin, breathe in, and surround ourselves with matters. That scent is medicine. That beauty and wellness should never be a tradeoff. That skincare should support your nervous system, not stress it out. Every product is crafted to feel like a pause — a return to yourself.
