While the product is great, unfortunately I have a holiday order that was not fulfilled and no communication despite trying phone, website, on here and Faire support to no avail. I am understanding if there are delays, but no communication at all or acknowledging my refill order is a first when ordering here on Faire. Very disappointed. My first order was wonderful shipped timely and I liked the products so I ordered more and had this terrible experience.
