About The New You
THE NEW YOU was founded out of the desire to help people find their true selves and live accordingly. What the founder Iris Reiche missed in coaching, workshops, and seminars on personal development was a combination where you learn the theory, apply it directly to yourself, and then use it long-term. And so THE NEW YOU was created, along with the first product in 2016: the self-coach "THE NEW YOU - The Book That Changes Your Life." All products are lovingly made in Germany.
