Bonache is a flavor-based brand of Hot Sauces, ranging from brighter to darker in taste profiles. I grew up in New Mexico, where green and red Chile was in almost every food on the table, sometimes very hot but usually more of an enhancement of what was already happening in any given savory dish. With Bonache, I was wanting to create a hot sauce that would build on flavors already present in foods, rather than nuking all in sight, etc.
