In 2020 SLSC launched with the goal of bringing heat and flavour to the consumer in a fun and exciting way. Having traveled the world as a tour manager in the music industry, founder Andy Bibey has seen and tasted so much incredible cuisine that the UK could and should be producing! It was one tour of the USA that inspired the beginning of SLSC, a concept that could be developed throughout the world (and his job) collapsing in 2020 throughout the pandemic.
